Getting Started & Your Account

Who can create a GoNow account?

You must be at least 18 years old to create or maintain a GoNow account or use the Platform to make purchases.

How do I create a Buyer account?

Follow the sign-up steps on GoNow, provide accurate information, and complete the required identity checks. You must accept the Terms of Use and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. GoNow records which version you accepted and when.

Why does GoNow use authorization / sign-in codes?

Sign-in checks help protect your account. Keep your sign-in codes and passwords private. Contact GoNow promptly if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.

Can I have more than one GoNow account?

Each GoNow account is registered to a unique email address. You should not create multiple accounts to get around restrictions, promotion limits, payment obligations, account suspension or closure, or other GoNow rules. If you use GoNow as both a Buyer and a Seller, those accounts may be separate and have different requirements.

How do I update my account information?

Keep your name, email, phone number, and other account information accurate and current. Use the account settings made available on the Platform. If a field cannot be changed in your account, contact GoNow Support.

How do I deactivate my account, and what happens when I do?

You can temporarily deactivate your Buyer account in your Account Settings. Deactivating your account prevents you from placing new Orders, but it does not delete your account or personal information.

Any existing Orders remain active and are not automatically cancelled. You will still have access to information needed to manage those Orders, and necessary Order, refund, support, security, and legal communications may continue.

When you are ready to use GoNow again, sign in and select Reactivate Account. Your account will become active again, subject to any current account requirements.

How do I permanently delete my account?

You can request permanent deletion of your Buyer account in your Account Settings. GoNow may ask you to verify your identity before confirming the request.

Once confirmed, your account enters a 30-day deletion-pending period. During that time:

  • You cannot place new Orders or use normal marketplace features.
  • Existing Orders are not automatically cancelled.
  • Necessary Order, refund, support, security, and legal processes may continue.
  • You can change your mind by signing in and selecting Keep My Account. Simply signing in does not cancel your deletion request.

After the 30-day period, GoNow will permanently close your Buyer account and delete or anonymize personal information it no longer reasonably needs. GoNow may retain limited records when required or permitted for Orders, payments, refunds, taxes, chargebacks, fraud prevention, security, disputes, arbitration, or other legal purposes.

Can GoNow restrict, suspend, or terminate my account?

Yes. GoNow may limit features, suspend your account, or close it for fraud, payment abuse, unlawful activity, harassment, serious rule violations, safety concerns, unauthorized access, or other serious risks. You cannot use account deletion or a new account to get around these restrictions.

What happens to my existing Orders if my account is restricted, suspended, or terminated?

GoNow will determine how outstanding Orders should be handled based on the circumstances. An Order may remain valid, be cancelled and refunded, or be handled another appropriate way. Deactivating or requesting deletion of your account does not automatically cancel an existing Order.

Finding & Ordering Deals

What is a Deal?

A Deal is an offer listed by an independent Seller through GoNow for a particular service, appointment, reservation, ticket, activity, product, experience, or other permitted offering.

What is an Order?

An Order is a Deal you have purchased through GoNow.

What should I review before placing an Order?

  • What is included and not included
  • Eligibility or service requirements
  • Potential add-ons or additional charges
  • Seller price and Buyer Service Fee
  • Date, time, duration, and location
  • Quantity or capacity
  • The cancellation policy
  • Other important Deal terms

The terms shown when you purchase apply to your Order. Later changes to the listing do not change those terms.

Are Sellers independent from GoNow?

Yes. Sellers are independent businesses and provide their own services. They are responsible for their staff, licenses, qualifications, insurance, and compliance with the law.

Does GoNow guarantee every Seller or service?

No. Unless GoNow expressly says otherwise for a specific program or credential, it does not guarantee a Seller’s identity, licenses, qualifications, insurance, availability, or results. It also does not guarantee that a service is safe, lawful, suitable for you, or of a particular quality. GoNow may set standards and check Seller information, but checks cannot identify every problem.

Why are Deals time-specific?

GoNow helps Sellers offer openings and availability for specific dates and times. Check the date and time before purchasing: they are part of your Order’s terms.

Can a Seller change my Order after I buy it?

No. A change to the Seller’s listing does not change an Order you already purchased. GoNow may keep a copy of the original terms for support, payments, disputes, fraud prevention, and legal records.

Can someone else pick up or receive my Order?

Yes. You can privately give your Order’s Verification Code to someone you trust to pick up the Order or receive the service. For example, your spouse could collect an Order or a friend could use a manicure appointment, if they meet the Deal’s requirements.

The Order stays in your name and account, with the same date, time, included service, and cancellation policy. Support and refunds stay with the original Order and purchasing account. Sharing the code does not allow resale or an extra use of the Order. Anyone with the code may be able to use it, so share it only with the person you authorize.

What if the Deal has an eligibility requirement?

Review the Deal’s age, eligibility, and service requirements before purchase. These requirements apply to the person who will actually receive the service. A Verification Code does not override them. If the recipient does not meet an applicable lawful requirement, the Seller may refuse service. Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances, including what the Deal disclosed and the applicable refund rules.

What if I need something that is not included in the Deal?

Buy the Deal only if you are willing to receive it as described. You cannot message the Seller through GoNow until after purchase. Once you have an Order, you can ask about optional add-ons, but the Seller may agree or decline. Do not buy on the assumption that an add-on or change will be available.

Agree on any extra service and price before it is provided. You can decline an optional add-on. It does not change the original Order, and any direct payment to the Seller is outside GoNow’s payment, cancellation, refund, and dispute protections. The Seller cannot require an undisclosed extra charge for something the Deal already includes.

Payments, Service Fees & Tips

How do I pay for an Order?

When you place an Order, you authorize GoNow and its payment processor to charge the payment method you select for the amounts disclosed at checkout.

What is the Buyer Service Fee?

GoNow may charge a separate Buyer Service Fee. The amount can vary by Deal category, Order, market, promotion, or other factors. You will see the fee before you complete your purchase.

Are taxes included?

Checkout shows the taxes and other amounts GoNow collects for your Order. Taxes may be collected where required.

Does GoNow store my full card number?

GoNow uses third-party payment processors such as Stripe. GoNow does not store complete payment-card numbers on its own systems.

Can I leave a tip?

Tips are optional wherever tipping is available. They are shown separately from the required Order price. If your Order receives a full refund, an associated tip may also be refunded where applicable.

Does GoNow have a wallet or account credits?

No. GoNow does not currently have a Buyer wallet or stored credit balance. Refunds generally go to the original payment method. Promotional codes and discounts do not create a cash balance.

How do promotional codes work?

Check each promotion’s eligibility rules, expiration date, and limits. A code may have no cash value and may not be shareable or usable with other offers. GoNow may withdraw or correct codes issued or used improperly.

What happens if there is an obvious pricing or listing error?

GoNow or the Seller may cancel an Order affected by an obvious, significant mistake in its price, availability, or description. If this happens before the Order is provided, GoNow will issue an appropriate refund. A Seller cannot cancel just because it regrets offering a valid promotional price.

Why hasn't my refund appeared yet?

GoNow generally returns refunds to the original payment method, but banks and payment processors control how quickly the refund appears after it is issued. Processing time can vary.

Check-In & Verification Codes

What is a Verification Code?

A Verification Code is the Order code you present to the Seller at pickup or check-in. It helps the Seller verify the correct Order.

When should I show my Verification Code?

Present the code as instructed when you arrive for or receive the service. Keep it private until it is time to redeem the Order.

Can I give my Verification Code to someone I trust to pick up or receive my Order?

Yes. Share it privately only with someone you trust and authorize to use your Order. Anyone with the code may be able to use it. Never post it publicly, and never share a sign-in code or password. Sharing the Order code does not change the Order’s name, account, terms, or eligibility requirements.

If the Seller suspects unauthorized use, it can send a replacement code through GoNow to you, the purchasing Buyer. The old code will stop working. Pass the new code privately to your authorized person, for example by phone or text. If you did not authorize them, do not share it and contact GoNow Support.

What does verification prove?

Verification is evidence that someone presented the Order or checked in to use it. It does not prove that every part of the service was completed or provided properly.

What if the Verification Code does not work?

Check that you are using the correct Order and its latest Verification Code. If a replacement was issued, use that code. Ask the Seller to retry. If it still does not work, submit a GoNow Support ticket or email support@gonow.digital.

If GoNow’s system is unavailable, the Seller may use only a backup method authorized by GoNow. A screenshot or confirmation email alone does not replace verification. A GoNow system problem should be reported for Support review and is not the same as a Buyer No-Show.

If you cannot provide a valid code for a reason unrelated to a GoNow system issue, and the Seller cannot reasonably verify the Order, the Seller may decline service and treat the Order as a No-Show under the applicable policy.

What information does GoNow record when an Order is verified?

GoNow records the Order, date and time, Seller or authorized Staff User, and verification method and result. These records help with support, disputes, fraud prevention, and legal requirements.

Cancellations & Refunds

What cancellation policies does GoNow use?

GoNow offers two cancellation policies: Strict - Final Sale and Standard - 24-Hour. The Seller chooses one for each Deal, and you can see it before purchasing.

How does Strict - Final Sale work?

If you choose to cancel, you generally will not receive a refund. Exceptions under the Terms of Use and applicable law still apply.

How does Standard - 24-Hour work?

If you choose to cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time, you are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations less than 24 hours before the start are generally nonrefundable. Exceptions under the Terms of Use and applicable law still apply.

How does GoNow decide whether I cancelled before the deadline?

GoNow uses the time your cancellation is properly submitted through the website and compares it with your Order’s scheduled start time. The calculation uses the local time for the service.

Can a Seller change the cancellation policy after I purchase?

No. The cancellation policy shown for the Deal when you complete the purchase governs that Order. A later policy change applies only to later Orders.

What does a full refund include?

A full refund generally includes what GoNow collected for the Order: the Seller’s service price, Buyer Service Fee, refundable taxes, and any associated tip where applicable.

Where does my refund go?

Refunds are generally returned to the original payment method. GoNow does not currently issue refunds to a stored GoNow wallet or credit balance.

What happens if the Seller cancels?

You generally receive a full refund. The Seller's own cancellation policy does not allow the Seller to keep payment for an Order the Seller cancels.

What happens if the Seller does not show up?

A Seller No-Show generally results in a full Buyer refund. GoNow may also take action on the Seller's account.

What if the Seller does not provide an important part of what I purchased?

Tell the Seller what is missing and ask them to provide what your Order includes. If the problem is not resolved, submit a GoNow Support ticket or email support@gonow.digital. Explain what you purchased and what you actually received. GoNow may issue a full or partial refund after reviewing the situation. If the missing service means you did not receive the main thing you paid for, you will usually receive a full refund. If you received a useful part of the service, a partial refund may be appropriate instead.

What if the service is significantly different from the Deal’s description?

If an important part of the Deal’s description was wrong and the Seller cannot provide what was advertised, tell the Seller and contact GoNow Support if it is not resolved. Include the Order number and explain the difference. GoNow may issue a full or partial refund based on what was promised and what you received. If the difference means you did not receive the main service you paid for, you will usually receive a full refund. A smaller problem, where you still received a useful part of the service, may qualify for a partial refund instead. Simply preferring a different result does not automatically qualify for a refund.

Do I get a refund just because I did not like the service?

Not automatically. If the Seller provided what the Deal promised, simply disliking the service does not guarantee a refund. A missing important part, misleading description, safety problem, or unlawful conduct is different and may justify a refund or other action.

Can GoNow make an exception even if the cancellation policy says no refund?

Yes. The cancellation policy mainly covers when you choose to cancel. GoNow may provide a full or partial refund or another payment adjustment for Seller failures, serious listing problems, technical errors, unusual circumstances, legal requirements, or other appropriate cases.

What if a GoNow technical error caused a duplicate charge or incorrect Order?

Contact GoNow Support. GoNow may correct confirmed errors, such as duplicate payments, incorrect Orders, incorrect cancellation results, or other significant transaction problems, and issue an appropriate refund.

What happens if severe weather or another event makes the Order impossible?

If severe weather, a natural disaster, fire, a significant utility or network outage, government action, or another event beyond reasonable control prevents the Order from being provided, GoNow may cancel it and issue a refund. GoNow does not automatically turn the Order into credit or reschedule it.

No-Shows, Late Arrivals, Changes & Order Problems

What is GoNow's default No-Show grace period?

Unless a different reasonable grace period is clearly disclosed for the Deal, the default grace period is 15 minutes after the scheduled start time.

What happens if I arrive after the grace period?

If you arrive after the grace period that applies to your Deal, the Seller may provide the service in full or part based on the remaining time in your scheduled slot. Or the Seller can mark it as a Buyer No-Show and cancel the order. A Buyer No-Show is generally not eligible for a refund. The Seller should make reasonable efforts to provide your order during the remaining scheduled time.

What if I arrive late but within the grace period?

The Seller should make reasonable efforts to provide your service during the remaining scheduled time. It does not have to extend the appointment if doing so would seriously disrupt later appointments or operations. You generally will not receive a partial refund for time lost because you arrived late.

What if the Seller is running late?

Ask the Seller when they can start and whether they can still provide the full service. The Seller should try to provide your full Order, agree with you on a reasonable same-day timing adjustment, or cancel if they cannot provide it. If the delay is serious enough that you cannot receive the service as booked, submit a GoNow Support ticket or email support@gonow.digital. GoNow may issue an appropriate refund after reviewing what happened. A short delay does not automatically qualify for a refund.

Can the Seller and I move the Order to another time the same day?

Yes, if you and the Seller agree to a reasonable, minor adjustment on the same day. The official Order terms stay the same.

Can I move my Order to another date?

No. You must cancel the original Order under the applicable cancellation rules and purchase a new Deal, subject to availability and the price offered at that time.

What if I want something the Deal does not include?

The Seller may provide what the Deal includes or offer an optional extra service. If a clearly disclosed, lawful requirement means the Seller cannot reasonably provide the Order to you, it may decline service. Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances.

What if the Seller says I must pay an extra charge that was not disclosed?

You do not have to agree to an undisclosed extra charge to receive what the Deal already includes. Explain that you want the service you purchased at the agreed price. If the Seller refuses to provide it unless you pay the extra charge or accept an important new condition that was not disclosed, decline the charge and submit a GoNow Support ticket or email support@gonow.digital. GoNow may issue a full or partial refund after reviewing what happened. An optional extra service that you freely choose is different; the Seller must explain its price before providing it.

Can I pay the Seller directly for an optional add-on?

Yes, where permitted, for a genuine optional extra service. Agree on the service and price first. That separate payment is between you and the Seller and is outside GoNow’s payment, cancellation, refund, and dispute protections. It cannot replace the original Order.

How quickly should I report an Order problem?

Report missing services, misleading listings, or other Order problems as soon as possible so GoNow can review them. Waiting can make a review harder, but it does not remove rights that the law protects.

Reviews

Who can leave reviews?

Buyers may leave reviews based on a genuine experience with the Seller or Order.

What are the rules for reviews?

Keep reviews honest and based on a genuine experience. Do not post false or fake reviews, manipulate ratings, threaten or harass anyone, or improperly share another person’s private information.

Can GoNow remove a review?

GoNow may review, limit, decline, remove, or keep reviews under its rules. It does not have to remove a review simply because someone disagrees with it.

What happens to my review if I delete my account?

Where the law allows, GoNow may keep a legitimate review after account deletion. It may remove identifying account details or replace them with a general name such as “GoNow User.”

Who owns the review I post?

You keep ownership of the original review content you own. By posting it, you give GoNow permission to display, format, share, and use it to run the marketplace and promote GoNow and Deals, as described in the Terms of Use.

Reviews are the only Buyer content posted publicly on GoNow. Intake answers and messages to Sellers are not public reviews. GoNow handles them under the Privacy Policy and may review them for support, safety, disputes, and other permitted purposes.

Can I include someone else’s words or other content in my review?

Only if you have the necessary rights or permission. Keep your review honest, do not misrepresent what happened, and do not copy protected content without authorization or improperly share private information. These rules apply to text and anything else the review feature lets you include. Intake answers and messages to Sellers are not public reviews.

How do I report copyright infringement?

Send copyright notices to legal@gonow.digital. Follow the copyright/DMCA process in the Terms of Use, including its requirements for what your notice must contain.

Trust, Safety & Disputes

What is GoNow responsible for, and what is the Seller responsible for?

GoNow runs the marketplace, sets its rules, supports transactions, and may review complaints or issue refunds. The Seller provides the service and is responsible for its staff and legal and professional duties.

What should I do if I have a safety concern?

Stop participating if you believe continuing would be unsafe. Use appropriate emergency services when there is an immediate emergency, and report the issue by submitting a GoNow Support ticket or emailing support@gonow.digital.

What conduct is prohibited on GoNow?

Do not use GoNow for fraud, unlawful activity, impersonation, harassment, threats, discrimination, malicious software, unauthorized access or data collection, fake reviews, payment or promotion abuse, misuse of private information, prohibited services, violations of intellectual-property rights, or other conduct that seriously threatens people or the website.

What should I do if I think a payment is wrong?

Contact GoNow promptly so it can review the payment. Your rights as a cardholder remain protected where the law requires. Fraudulent or knowingly false disputes may lead to account restrictions.

Does a Verification Code prevent me from reporting a service problem?

No. Verification shows that someone presented the Order or checked in. It does not prove that every part of the service was completed properly.

How do I handle an Order dispute with a Seller?

Try to work it out with the Seller and reach a mutual agreement. If you cannot reach an agreement, submit a GoNow Support ticket or email support@gonow.digital. Include your Order number, a short explanation of what happened, and relevant messages or other evidence. You may contact GoNow directly if you feel unsafe, suspect fraud, or cannot reach the Seller. GoNow may review the Order details and information from both sides and, depending on the circumstances, issue a full or partial refund, correct a transaction, or provide other appropriate assistance. Contacting the Seller first is encouraged, but it is not a condition of getting GoNow support or exercising your rights.

How are legal disputes with GoNow handled?

For disputes covered by the Terms of Use, you and GoNow generally first try to resolve the issue through a 30-day informal process. If it remains unresolved, individual arbitration—a private decision process—generally follows through the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The Terms explain the exceptions and your right to opt out.

Can I opt out of arbitration?

Yes. You have 30 days after first accepting the version of the Terms that first makes arbitration apply to you. Send a clear written opt-out request to legal@gonow.digital with enough information to identify your account.

GoNow records timely, valid requests and sends confirmation. A processing delay does not invalidate your request. Opting out is handled by email, not an account switch. Continuing to use GoNow or accepting an ordinary Terms update does not reset a valid opt-out.

Does GoNow create an arbitration agreement between me and the Seller?

No. GoNow’s Buyer arbitration terms cover certain disputes between you and GoNow. They do not create an arbitration agreement between you and the Seller.

Privacy & Your Data

What personal information does GoNow collect?

Depending on how you use GoNow, it may collect account and contact details, Order and payment records, messages, approved service preferences, device information, website usage information, and information from service providers. The Privacy Policy explains the details.

What information does the Seller receive about me?

The Seller may receive your name, Order details, service information, Verification Code, and information you choose to provide through Order messages or approved features. GoNow does not provide your email address or phone number to Sellers as part of the Order. It also does not provide your postal address, sign-in details, or unrelated profile information merely because you purchase an Order.

Can a Seller use my information for marketing?

An Order does not give the Seller permission to add you to an unrelated marketing list. It may use your information to provide the Order, communicate with you about it, handle support or disputes, keep lawful records, or for another lawful purpose you separately authorize.

Does GoNow collect medical information?

GoNow’s ordinary marketplace, messaging, and intake forms are not designed for detailed or highly sensitive medical information. Do not send medical records, detailed diagnoses, treatment histories, or similar information unless GoNow expressly provides a feature designed for it.

What can I share in the intake form?

Share only basic information relevant to the service, such as your preferences, areas to avoid, product or ingredient preferences, or general sensitivity selections.

If someone else receives the service, your intake answers do not apply to them. Tell the Seller so it can collect that person’s necessary information and consent. Letting someone use your Order does not authorize the Seller to share your private intake answers or messages with them.

What if the Seller needs medical information?

The Seller may use a separate intake process outside GoNow. Information you give directly through that process is generally covered by the Seller’s privacy practices, not GoNow’s Privacy Policy, unless GoNow separately receives it.

Can GoNow read Buyer-Seller messages?

GoNow may review messages when reasonably needed for support, safety, fraud prevention, disputes, chargebacks, Seller rule violations, legal requirements, or security. This does not mean employees routinely read every message.

Does GoNow sell my personal information?

No. GoNow does not currently sell personal information for money or anything else of value. It also does not currently use your information to target ads based on your activity across different businesses’ websites or apps.

Does GoNow use analytics?

GoNow may use tools such as Google Analytics, if enabled, to understand website use and improve it. The setup is intended to keep names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages, sensitive intake answers, Verification Codes, full card details, and detailed health information out of analytics data.

How long does GoNow keep my information?

It depends on the information and why it is needed. GoNow may keep Order, payment, refund, chargeback, tax, fraud, security, dispute, arbitration, privacy-request, and legal records after account closure when reasonably necessary or legally permitted.

What privacy rights do I have?

Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may be able to confirm what personal information GoNow has, access it, correct it, request deletion, or get a copy you can reuse. Other rights may also apply. GoNow does not currently sell personal information or use targeted advertising in ways that require opt-outs for those activities.

How do I submit a privacy request?

Email contact@gonow.digital or use any privacy-request feature GoNow provides. GoNow may verify your identity, for example through your account, email, or a one-time code.
