Getting Started & Your Seller Account

What is GoNow for Sellers?

GoNow for Sellers is a web application for independent sellers to sell their services and experiences on the GoNow platform. It helps independent businesses sell deals for specific dates and times. It provides marketplace, payment, verification, and related tools. Your business provides the service.

Who can become a Seller?

Your business must be legally allowed and eligible to offer its services through GoNow. The person accepting the Seller Agreement must be at least 18 and authorized to agree on the business’s behalf.

How do I accept the Seller Agreement?

An authorized representative must accept the Seller Agreement through GoNow’s Seller sign-up or agreement process. GoNow may record the business account, person accepting, agreement version, date, time, and other evidence of acceptance.

Which documents apply to my Seller account?

The Seller Agreement governs Seller matters. The Privacy Policy explains how GoNow handles personal information. The Terms of Use also apply as described in the Seller Agreement. Order terms apply only where consistent with those agreements and the law.

Am I an employee or agent of GoNow?

No. Your business operates independently. Joining GoNow does not make you its employee, partner, franchisee, or general agent. You remain responsible for your staff, services, pay, taxes, benefits, insurance, worker classification, and legal duties. See the Seller Agreement for the full relationship terms.

Does GoNow guarantee Orders or revenue?

No. GoNow does not promise a minimum number of Orders, sales, customers, or leads. It also does not guarantee revenue, search placement, visibility, marketing exposure, or business results.

What information must I keep current?

Keep your business, contact, payout, tax, licensing, insurance, and other requested information accurate and current. Promptly update information that becomes inaccurate or incomplete.

What is a Seller Owner, Admin, Manager, or Staff User?

GoNow may support separate access levels for people authorized by your business. GoNow restricts sensitive functions such as legal acceptance, arbitration choices, banking or payout changes, account closure, and Staff administration to the Seller Owner or an appropriately authorized administrator.

Am I responsible for my Staff Users?

Yes. Decide who can access the account, give them appropriate permissions, protect sign-in details, and remove access when it is no longer authorized. Make sure Staff Users follow the Seller Agreement and GoNow’s rules.

Can my business use other platforms too?

Yes. You can offer services elsewhere. You must still follow the rules against moving GoNow-generated transactions outside GoNow to avoid its fees or protections.

What licenses, permits, or qualifications do I need?

You must maintain all licenses, permits, registrations, certifications, approvals, and other qualifications required by law for your business, personnel, and offerings. GoNow may request documentation and may restrict categories or require additional verification.

Does GoNow require insurance?

You must maintain insurance required by law and insurance reasonably appropriate for your business and services. GoNow may require proof of insurance or category-specific coverage as a condition of listing or continued participation.

Can GoNow check my business or qualifications?

Yes. Depending on the risk involved, GoNow may request or check identity, business, license, qualification, insurance, or other information. Your business remains responsible for meeting its legal and professional requirements.

Creating Listings & Deals

What is a Deal?

A Deal is an offer you list through GoNow for a permitted service, appointment, reservation, ticket, activity, product, experience, or other offering.

What information must a Deal include?

  • What is included and not included
  • Important eligibility or service requirements
  • Potential add-ons or additional charges
  • Seller price
  • Date and time
  • Duration
  • Location
  • Quantity or capacity
  • Applicable cancellation policy
  • Other important information requested by GoNow

How accurate does my listing need to be?

Listings must be accurate, complete, current, lawful, and not misleading. Include important terms a reasonable Buyer needs to understand before purchase.

Can I list inventory I am not sure is available?

List only inventory you reasonably expect to have available at the advertised date and time. You can schedule a Deal up to six months ahead. It stays in a holding queue until seven days before its start date, then goes live on the site. Keep queued and live Deals accurate, and promptly update or remove unavailable inventory. You must honor Orders already purchased unless cancellation is allowed under the applicable rules.

Can I change a Deal after a Buyer purchases it?

You can update a Deal for future purchases. An existing Order keeps the terms shown when it was purchased. GoNow may keep a copy of those terms.

How should I explain what is included and who can use the Deal?

Before purchase, clearly explain important limits and any requirements for receiving the service. Requirements must be lawful, relevant to the Deal, and reasonably related to the service.

How should I disclose add-ons or additional charges?

Explain optional or conditional add-ons you can reasonably anticipate when they could significantly affect the Buyer’s experience. Do not advertise a low price and then require extra payment for something the Deal should include.

Buyers cannot message you through GoNow before purchase. After purchase, you can discuss an optional add-on, but you do not have to agree to one. Explain the service and price before providing it. The original Order stays the same.

Can I require a Buyer to buy an add-on after arrival?

You cannot require an extra payment that should have been disclosed before purchase. You may offer a genuine optional add-on, but the Buyer must be free to decline.

What if the Buyer needs something the Deal does not include?

Provide what the Order includes where reasonably possible. You may offer an optional extra service. If a clearly disclosed, lawful service or eligibility requirement means you cannot reasonably provide the Order, you may decline service. Refund eligibility depends on what the listing disclosed and the circumstances.

Can I offer prohibited or restricted services?

You cannot list unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, unsafe, or otherwise prohibited services, including offerings that violate others’ rights. Some otherwise lawful categories may require GoNow’s approval, additional checks, qualifications, insurance, or other safeguards before you can list them.

Can I list clinical or health-related services?

Only if GoNow permits the category and you meet its requirements and applicable legal, licensing, and insurance requirements. GoNow’s ordinary messages and intake forms are not designed for detailed medical information. Use an appropriate separate intake process when that information is needed.

Who sets my Seller price?

You have complete control over your Seller price. Your pricing must follow applicable law and GoNow’s marketplace rules. GoNow sets any separate Buyer Service Fee. Changing a Deal’s price does not change the price of an Order already purchased.

Managing Orders & Check-In

What happens when a Buyer purchases my Deal?

The purchase creates an Order with the price, date, time, included service, eligibility requirements, and cancellation policy shown at purchase. You must honor it unless the Seller Agreement or law allows otherwise. Messaging opens after purchase. A later request for an optional add-on does not require you to provide it.

What is the Verification Code?

The Verification Code is the code used to check an Order at pickup or arrival. The Buyer or someone they privately authorize presents it, and you or an authorized Staff User verifies it through GoNow. It is separate from a sign-in code or password. Never ask for those account-access details.

Who can verify an Order?

The Seller or an authorized Staff User with the appropriate permissions may verify an Order. GoNow may record which Seller account or Staff User completed the verification.

Can someone other than the Buyer redeem an Order?

Yes. The Buyer may privately give the Order’s code to someone they trust to pick it up or receive the service. The Order keeps the purchasing Buyer’s name, account, terms, and refund destination. This does not allow resale or extra uses.

Verify the Order normally and apply the service’s age, identity, eligibility, safety, and consent requirements. A different name alone is not a reason to refuse unless a lawful requirement makes the service specific to that person. You may refuse someone who does not meet an applicable requirement; refund eligibility still depends on the circumstances and existing rules.

A code does not prove the recipient accepted GoNow’s Terms or replace consent required for the service.

What if I suspect someone is using a code without permission?

Send a replacement Verification Code through GoNow. It goes only to the purchasing Buyer, makes the old code invalid, and cannot reopen an Order already redeemed. The Buyer must privately pass the replacement to their authorized person. Do not send it to an email or phone number supplied at check-in. Verify the replacement normally. Never request a sign-in code or password. Contact GoNow Support if the concern remains.

What does verification prove?

Verification is strong evidence that someone presented the Order or checked in. It does not prove that every part of the service was completed or provided properly.

What if GoNow's verification system is unavailable?

Contact GoNow Support. Use only a backup method authorized by GoNow. Do not falsely mark an Order as verified or completed.

Can I mark a Buyer No-Show as completed?

No. Record a Buyer No-Show as No-Show, not as a service you provided. Complete and No-Show use the same payout holding period, but they describe different outcomes.

What is the default Buyer No-Show grace period?

The default grace period is 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, unless the Deal clearly states a different reasonable grace period. After the Order’s scheduled end time, you can select Mark Order as No-Show. If you have not already marked the Order and it remains unverified, GoNow automatically marks it as a No-Show 48 hours after its scheduled end time. This does not extend the Buyer’s grace period. Report a verification problem or an incorrect No-Show status to GoNow Support; do not report someone who arrived as absent just because verification failed.

What should I do if a Buyer arrives late but within the grace period?

Make reasonable efforts to provide the Order during the remaining scheduled time. You do not have to extend the appointment if doing so would seriously disrupt later appointments or operations.

What if I am running late?

Try to provide the full Order. If needed, agree with the Buyer on a reasonable same-day timing adjustment, or cancel if you cannot reasonably provide the Order.

Can I move an Order to another time the same day?

Yes, if you and the Buyer agree to a reasonable, minor adjustment on the same day. The official Order terms stay the same.

Can I move an Order to another date?

No. The original Order must be cancelled under the applicable cancellation rules, and the Buyer must purchase a new Deal, subject to availability and the price offered at that time.

Can I take payment directly for an optional add-on?

Yes, where permitted, for a genuine optional extra service. Explain the service and price before providing it, and let the Buyer decline. The separate payment is outside GoNow’s payment, cancellation, refund, and dispute protections and cannot replace the original Order.

Can I ask the Buyer to cancel GoNow and pay me directly?

No. You cannot cancel, redirect, or replace a GoNow-generated transaction to avoid GoNow’s commissions, fees, records, or protections.

Cancellations, Refunds & Customer Issues

What cancellation policies can I choose for a Deal?

GoNow currently supports Strict - Final Sale and Standard - 24-Hour. Your selected policy is shown to the Buyer and locked to the Order at purchase.

What does Strict - Final Sale mean for the Buyer?

If the Buyer chooses to cancel, they generally will not receive a refund. Exceptions under the Terms of Use and applicable law still apply.

What does Standard - 24-Hour mean?

A Buyer who chooses to cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time is eligible for a full refund. Later cancellations are generally nonrefundable. Exceptions under the Terms of Use and applicable law still apply.

Can I change the cancellation policy after an Order is placed?

No. The policy accepted when the Buyer purchased applies to that Order. A later change affects future purchases only.

What happens if I cancel a confirmed Order?

The Buyer receives a full refund, and you receive no payout. You are responsible for applicable payment-processing costs that cannot be recovered and for the refunded Buyer Service Fee. GoNow may also charge the applicable Seller Cancellation Fee.

Is the Seller Cancellation Fee automatic?

No. GoNow decides whether to charge it. The current maximum is 15% of your Seller sales price if you cancel more than 24 hours before the scheduled start, or 25% if you cancel within 24 hours.

When may GoNow waive or reduce the Seller Cancellation Fee?

GoNow may reduce or waive it for a qualifying event beyond reasonable control, a genuine emergency, a confirmed GoNow error, a legitimate Buyer safety or misconduct issue, or other circumstances that justify doing so.

If GoNow waives my cancellation fee, is the cancellation removed from my record?

No. A fee waiver does not remove the cancellation from your performance history. Repeated or high-impact cancellations may lead to account restrictions, suspension, or closure.

What happens if I am a Seller No-Show?

If you fail to show up or abandon a confirmed Order, the Buyer receives a full refund and you receive no payout. You are responsible for applicable costs assigned to you, including the refunded Buyer Service Fee. GoNow may also restrict, suspend, or close your account.

What happens if I do not provide an important part of the Order?

If you do not provide an important part of what the Buyer purchased, GoNow may issue a full or partial refund. If the Buyer did not receive the main service they paid for, they will usually receive a full refund. If they received a useful part of the service, a partial refund may be appropriate.

What happens if my listing was misleading about the service?

If your listing was misleading about an important part of the service and the Buyer did not receive the main service they paid for, they will usually receive a full refund. You receive no payout for that Order and are responsible for the refunded Buyer Service Fee and other costs assigned to you under the Seller Agreement. A smaller problem may call for a partial refund, with your share of costs based on the refund and circumstances.

What does a full Buyer refund include?

A full refund generally includes the amount collected through GoNow for the Order: Seller service amount, Buyer Service Fee, refundable taxes, and associated tip where applicable.

Who pays the Buyer Service Fee when the refund is my fault?

If a full refund is your responsibility—for example, because you cancelled, did not show up, or failed to provide the main service the Buyer purchased—you are responsible for the refunded Buyer Service Fee and other costs assigned to you under the Seller Agreement. For a partial refund, your share of costs may depend on the refund and circumstances.

What if the Buyer simply says they did not like the service?

A Buyer simply disliking the service does not automatically require a refund if you provided what the Deal promised. GoNow may still review claims that an important part was missing, the listing was misleading, or the service was unsafe or unlawful.

What if a Buyer asks for a refund after the Verification Code was used?

A Verification Code does not prove that the whole service was provided properly. Cooperate with GoNow’s review and provide relevant Order details, messages, and evidence of the service you provided.

What if an event beyond my control prevents the Order?

If an event beyond reasonable control prevents you from reasonably providing a confirmed Order, GoNow may cancel it and refund the Buyer. A qualifying event ordinarily does not result in a cancellation penalty. GoNow reviews the facts to decide whether it qualifies.

What if I left an important limit out of my listing?

If you did not disclose an important limitation, eligibility requirement, or required extra charge, do not pressure the Buyer to pay more. GoNow may issue a full or partial refund and take action under its marketplace rules.

Commissions, Buyer Service Fees & Seller Fees

How does GoNow make money from Sellers?

GoNow charges a commission on each completed Order. Rates vary by Deal category and are listed in the current Fee Schedule.

What are the current Seller commission rates?

Deal categoryCommission
Beauty & Spa28%
Wellness28%
Group Classes & Activities25%
Personal Services25%
Dining15%
Event Tickets & Movies20%

What amount is the commission calculated on?

Commission is calculated on your Seller sales price. It excludes taxes and the Buyer Service Fee unless GoNow states otherwise.

What is the Buyer Service Fee?

GoNow may charge Buyers a separate Service Fee. It can vary by category, Order, market, promotion, or other factors. Buyers see the amount before completing their purchase.

Do I pay commission on the Buyer Service Fee?

No, unless GoNow expressly states otherwise. The Buyer Service Fee is separate from your Seller sales price and is not included when calculating your commission.

What payment-processing fees can I be responsible for?

You are responsible for the actual processor fees assigned to you under the Seller Agreement. These may include card-processing, payout, dispute, or other fees that apply to the transaction. Processor rates can change, so the legal documents do not list fixed rates for them.

What are the current Seller Cancellation Fees?

GoNow may charge up to 15% of your Seller sales price if you cancel more than 24 hours before the scheduled start, or up to 25% within 24 hours. The fee is not automatic and may be reduced or waived in appropriate cases.

Does GoNow charge commission on tips?

No. Where tipping is available, GoNow takes no commission from the tip. Actual payment-processing fees may apply.

Can GoNow change Seller fees?

GoNow will give at least 30 days’ notice before increasing an applicable Seller commission rate or introducing a significantly different type of Seller fee. Changes apply going forward and do not change completed Orders. Important changes may require you to accept the updated terms where required by law or appropriate.

Where can I see current fees?

See the current Fee Schedule, which is part of the Seller Agreement. GoNow may also show current processor fees in the Seller dashboard or communicate them separately.

Payouts, Stripe & Taxes

How do Seller payouts work?

GoNow uses a payment processor, including Stripe, to collect payments and pay Sellers. You can manually mark an Order Complete or No-Show using the applicable workflow. If you have not marked it, GoNow automatically marks it Complete or No-Show 48 hours after the Order’s scheduled end time. Both statuses start the same seven-day payout hold. A No-Show is still recorded separately from a service you actually provided.

Do I need a Stripe account?

GoNow currently uses Stripe Connect for Seller payments. Complete the required payment setup and keep your payout information current. If GoNow supports another payment processor, follow its setup instructions.

When will I get paid?

GoNow schedules Seller payouts twice a month, on the 1st and 15th. Each payout includes eligible Orders that have completed the seven-day holding period by the payout cutoff, subject to applicable holds or adjustments. Orders that become eligible after the cutoff are included in a later payout.

The holding period starts when you or GoNow marks the Order Complete or No-Show. The payout date is the scheduled date for GoNow to send the payment; it may take additional time to appear in your bank account. Processor requirements and other holds allowed by the Seller Agreement may delay payment. Longer holds may apply, including an initial hold of up to 14 days for new Sellers.

Why might GoNow hold or reserve funds?

GoNow may temporarily hold funds or keep a reserve to cover refunds, disputes, chargebacks, fraud, negative balances, payment risk, or other legitimate payment obligations allowed by the Seller Agreement.

Who is responsible for taxes?

Your business is responsible for its taxes, except where GoNow or the payment processor must collect or pay a particular tax by law. You remain responsible for your income, payroll, employment, and other business taxes.

Will GoNow issue tax forms?

GoNow or its payment processor may provide tax reporting or forms when required by applicable law. Keep your legal name, tax information, and other requested details accurate.

Are tips taxable to my business or workers?

Your business is responsible for taxes on tips and for distributing tips to workers as required by law. Ask your tax professional about your obligations.

Why are exact Stripe fees not listed in the Fee Schedule?

Processor rates and payment setups can change. GoNow uses the actual fees that apply rather than publishing a fixed rate that may become outdated.

Chargebacks, Payment Disputes & Negative Balances

What is a chargeback?

A chargeback is a payment dispute made through the Buyer’s card issuer or payment network. GoNow may ask you for information to respond.

What should I do when GoNow asks for chargeback evidence?

Respond promptly with accurate, relevant Order terms, verification records, messages, cancellation details, proof of the service provided, and other requested documents. Follow GoNow’s response deadline. The Seller Agreement includes a target of three business days where practical.

Who pays a chargeback fee?

You may be responsible for the actual processor dispute or chargeback fee when the Seller Agreement assigns the dispute to you. The amount can change with the processor’s rates.

What if the Buyer commits friendly fraud?

“Friendly fraud” is when a Buyer disputes a payment with their bank even though the purchase was authorized and they received what they paid for. It can involve a mistake or a false claim; a payment dispute alone does not prove fraud. Provide the Order records, messages, and verification or service records that explain what happened. GoNow reviews the evidence when deciding who bears the loss. You are not automatically responsible if GoNow determines the loss resulted from Buyer fraud or another cause for which you should not bear the loss.

What is a negative balance?

A negative balance means the refunds, chargebacks, fees, or other amounts you owe exceed the money available to pay you.

How can GoNow recover a negative balance?

Where the Seller Agreement and law allow, GoNow may deduct what you owe from future payouts, use reserves or other available Seller funds, or require you to pay the balance.

Can I close my Seller account while I have a negative balance or chargeback?

Closure may be delayed while payouts, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, negative balances, investigations, legal holds, or other obligations remain unresolved. Closing your account does not erase amounts you owe.

Can a chargeback affect my Seller account?

Yes. Repeated disputes, fraud, failures to provide Orders, or payment risks may lead to reserves, restrictions, suspension, closure, or other action under GoNow’s rules.

Reviews, Ratings & Reputation

Can Buyers review my business?

Yes. Buyers may post reviews based on genuine experiences to help others decide what to purchase.

Can I ask a Buyer for a positive review?

Do not manipulate reviews or offer benefits only for a particular rating. Fake, purchased, coordinated, retaliatory, or misleading reviews are prohibited.

Can I respond to a review?

No. GoNow does not currently offer Seller replies to reviews. If and when GoNow provides this feature, respond professionally and do not disclose private Buyer information or sensitive Order details.

Will GoNow remove a negative review?

Not simply because you disagree with it. GoNow may review or remove reviews that break its rules, but honest negative feedback is not automatically removed.

Can I retaliate against a Buyer for a review?

No. Retaliation, harassment, threats, or misuse of Buyer information can lead to account restrictions, suspension, or closure.

How do cancellations and No-Shows affect my reputation?

GoNow may track Seller performance, including cancellations and Seller No-Shows. Waiving a financial cancellation fee does not erase the event from Seller performance history. Repeated or high-impact issues may lead to account restrictions, suspension, or closure.

What can I do to protect my Seller reputation?

Keep availability accurate, clearly describe what is included, disclose important requirements and add-ons, honor Orders, communicate promptly, verify correctly, avoid surprise charges, and handle problems professionally.

Buyer Data, Messaging & Privacy

What Buyer information will I receive?

For an Order, GoNow provides the Buyer's name, Order information, applicable service information, Verification Code, and information the Buyer voluntarily provides through Order messaging or approved Order-related features.

Will I receive the Buyer's email or phone number?

No. GoNow does not provide the Buyer’s email address, postal address or phone number to Sellers. Use GoNow messaging after purchase to communicate about the Order.

What can I use Buyer information for?

Use it only to provide the Order, communicate about it, help the customer, keep lawful records, handle disputes, or for another lawful purpose the Buyer separately authorizes.

Can I add GoNow Buyers to my marketing list?

A GoNow Order does not give you permission to add the Buyer to an unrelated marketing list, send unrelated marketing, sell or share their data, or use it to build unrelated profiles. Any separate marketing use needs a lawful basis and any required consent.

How should I protect Buyer information?

Protect Buyer information with appropriate staff procedures, secure systems, and physical safeguards. Limit access to authorized Staff, protect sign-in details, and avoid unnecessary copies or exports. Keep or delete records according to lawful business needs and GoNow’s requirements.

What should I do if Buyer data is exposed or compromised?

Notify GoNow promptly and take reasonable steps to contain and investigate any security or privacy incident involving Buyer information obtained through GoNow.

Can I ask for medical records through GoNow messaging?

No. GoNow’s ordinary messages and intake forms are not designed for detailed medical or highly sensitive information. Do not request medical records, detailed diagnoses, treatment histories, government IDs, credit card numbers, bank information, passwords, or similar sensitive information through those features.

What can I ask Buyers in the intake form?

Ask only for basic information needed to provide the service, such as service preferences, areas to avoid, product or ingredient preferences, or general sensitivity selections. Do not request medical details or other sensitive information that GoNow’s intake forms do not allow.

What if someone other than the Buyer receives the service?

Before using intake answers, ask whether the person receiving the service is the purchasing Buyer. For example: “Are you the Buyer named on this Order, or are you receiving the service on their behalf?” For pickup, ask whether they are collecting for the Buyer.

If someone else receives the service, do not use the Buyer’s intake answers for them or show or read aloud the Buyer’s answers or private messages. Collect the recipient’s necessary information and consent through an appropriate permitted process. Keep the Buyer’s records separate; do not replace them with the recipient’s answers.

Apply the service’s lawful age, eligibility, and safety requirements. This is a check-in conversation. It does not require an Order transfer or a new recipient account.

What if my service requires medical information?

Use an appropriate separate intake process outside GoNow. Information you collect directly through that process is generally covered by your own privacy practices and legal duties.

When can I message a Buyer about an Order?

Messaging opens after purchase and is for communication about an active Order, including the service and optional add-ons. Neither side has to agree to an add-on. Messaging may close after completion or cancellation, with earlier messages kept available to read where supported.

Can GoNow review Buyer-Seller messages?

Yes, when reasonably needed for support, safety, fraud prevention, disputes, chargebacks, Seller rule violations, legal requirements, or security. Do not use messages for unrelated marketing, sensitive information, or replacing a GoNow payment.

Safety, Rules & Account Restrictions

What laws and standards am I responsible for?

Follow the laws and professional requirements that apply to your business, services, staff, premises, advertising, pricing, consumer protection, nondiscrimination, health and safety, privacy, taxes, licenses, qualifications, and insurance.

What kinds of offerings are prohibited?

Do not list unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, unsafe, or otherwise prohibited offerings, including services that violate others’ rights. GoNow may add Prohibited & Restricted Services rules as the marketplace develops.

What rule violations can affect my Seller account?

Examples include fraud, payment abuse, harassment, threats, serious safety issues, unlawful activity, repeated failures to provide Orders, moving GoNow business outside the platform to avoid fees, prohibited services, misleading listings about important details, sanctions violations, misuse of private information, review manipulation, or serious violations of the Seller Agreement.

What can GoNow do if I break the rules?

Depending on the issue, GoNow may provide guidance, warn you, restrict listings or account access, suspend your account, or close it. Serious fraud, safety, legal, privacy, or marketplace risks may require immediate action.

Will GoNow always warn me before suspension or termination?

Not necessarily. Serious or urgent issues may require immediate action. For decisions that significantly affect your account, GoNow may provide an opportunity to respond or seek review where appropriate, but it cannot guarantee advance notice in every case.

Can I ask GoNow to review an account decision?

Where appropriate, GoNow may let you ask for a review of a decision that significantly affects your Seller account. Follow the instructions in the notice you receive or contact Seller Support.

Can I create a new Seller account after termination?

Do not use a new account to get around account closure or restrictions. GoNow may keep the minimum information reasonably needed to prevent this and apply its rules.

What does moving a transaction outside GoNow mean?

This means directing a Buyer who came through GoNow to cancel, avoid, or replace the GoNow transaction so you can avoid GoNow’s commissions, fees, records, or protections.

Can I continue serving a customer I knew before GoNow?

Yes. These rules protect business generated through GoNow. They do not give GoNow ownership of customer relationships you developed independently. Keep clear records of those relationships.

What happens if I move a transaction outside GoNow to avoid fees?

GoNow may recover commissions lost when a transaction is improperly moved outside GoNow. It may also charge or recover reasonable costs of handling the violation where authorized by the Seller Agreement, Fee Schedule, and law. Violations may lead to account restrictions, suspension, or closure.
